As Cubbie Bear Malone, John Marston and I set out to visit all MLB's shrines, all we had on our backs were our clothes and all we had in our bellies were those "White Castle Sliders"
Minutes before retiring for the evening in Elyria, Ohio we noticed the bright inviting lights of a nearby White Castle. "Hey, I'll take 6!" What a way to end the day and to begin a long night.
Jack Thomas wrote about one of our trips in the Boston Globe, "This tour resolves a dispute. Malone maintains he's been to Tiger Stadium, having attended a game there while in the womb. Colleagues say the game has to be seen. Malone counters that he was at the game, it's not his fault he had an obstructed view."
